Our law firm advised the Obeikan Investment Group (OIG) in the sale of its 50% stake in a joint-venture with SIG Combibloc Group Ltd., a company listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. The purchase price is EUR 467 million (approximately two thirds in SIG-shares, one third in cash). OIG is a mixed group of companies with its headquarter in Saudi Arabia focussing on paper, packaging as well as real estate. OIG is present in 16 countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
