Bratschi advices the owners of Fundamenta Group on the sale of the real estate division to Swiss Prime Site (SPS)

Fundamenta Group, headquartered in Zug and offices in Munich, is an independent asset manager active in Switzerland and Germany focusing on real estate and private wealth. They have recently separated its real estate division and subsequently sold this division to SPS, the leading real estate company in Switzerland.
This will create by far the largest independent Swiss real estate asset manager with a total of CHF 13 billion AuM. The asset manager Belvédère Asset Management, with around CHF 3 billion AuM, remains the property of the current shareholders along with the associated brand and will continue unchanged. Bratschi Ltd. acted as tax advisor to Fundamenta Group and the sellers in this transaction. The Bratschi team was led by Roland Böhi and further included Kerem Altay and Florian Büchler (all tax and real estate).

The shareholders, in turn, ensure the succession planning of the long-established A. Schönbächler & Co AG.
