Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob's arbitration team successful in an ICC arbitration for its German client in a manufacturing dispute

September 2017Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob successfully reached a settlement agreement an ICC arbitration case between its German client and a group of companies consisting of Swiss, UK and French companies.In the settlement agreement, which was reached after the exchange of briefs, the respondents agreed to entirely comply with Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob's client's claims and to fully renounce to their own counterclaims, in fact accepting our client's position unmitigatedly. The arbitration team was led by co-head of the > arbitration practice group > Sandra De Vito Bieri, who was assisted by Liv Bahner, Etienne Gard and Rosanna Cortese.
