Löwengarten Holding AG together with all other shareholders have sold Bière du Boxer S.A., Yverdon, to the Winterthur based brewery Doppelleu Brauwerkstatt AG (Chopfab). In turn, Löwengarten and certain other former shareholders of Bière du Boxer S.A. acquired a participation in Doppelleu. This transaction allows the two local craft breweries to complement their product offering in an ideal way and to profit from a strong presence in the German and French speaking parts of Switzerland. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price and the volume of participation confidential.
