After renovation, the former Hotel Basel will reopen as a Limehome by the end of the second quarter of 2024:
The property owner and Limehome have signed a hotel lease agreement for the hotel spaces at Münzgasse 12 in Basel for the next 20 years. Limehome is a provider and operator of a digitized design hospitality concept, currently offering over 5800 suites at nearly 250 locations in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Switzerland, Italy, and Greece.
The property owner and the asset manager, Gold Tree Asset Management AG, were advised and accompanied in this transaction by Ion Eglin.
