SOLVER Advisory AG and Bratschi AG advised Daniel Keller on the sale of Keller Glas AG to Lina Romeo Holding AG

The company, which has been owner-managed since the beginning, was founded in 1931 as a small glazier's shop and converted into a stock corporation in 1976. Today, Keller Glas AG is a specialized company for glass production and processing with over 40 employees at its Winterthur location. The buyer, Lina Romeo Holding AG, is solely owned by Managing Director Pascal Vogt, who thus continues the tradition of the owner-managed company.
During the last years, SOLVER Advisory AG accompanied the seller Daniel Keller in the process of his company succession, which could be successfully completed at the beginning of February 2023. Thomas Kocher (project manager & lead negotiator) was supported by Marco Springer (valuation & financing) and Luca Dell'Estate (taxes).
Bratschi AG advised SOLVER Advisory AG and the seller on all legal aspects of the sale. The team was led by partners Etienne Gard and Simon Osterwalder. The advisory team further included Emile Merkt, Mirco Darms, Damiano Gargiulo and Mélanie Jungo.
