As per this year’s annual meeting of last Friday, May 13, 2022, >Thomas Schönenberger resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bratschi Ltd. after having served as a member of the Board since 2015 and as its chairman since 2017. >Ion Eglin who has served as a member of the Board since 2020, was elected as new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bratschi Ltd.
