Yotel, a hotel chain based in the UK, has opened a few days ago its first hotel in Switzerland, at Geneva lake. The hotel consists of 237 rooms, F&B offerings with a restaurant and seafood bar and upscale meeting spaces with a banqueting & conference center, a rooftop space and an auditorium.
Bratschi assisted Yotel with its market entry in Switzerland and advised them on the hotel agreements, corporate and employment matters and several additional tasks for their operations. The team at Bratschi consisted of Ion Eglin, Ingrid Cueva Molnar, Thibault Fresquet, Céline Hofer and Alexander Blarer.

The renowned Hotel Seehof in Davos, a five-star establishment with 113 rooms, three restaurants, and a spa and wellness area, has a new leaseholder: The German HR Group signed a long-term hotel lease agreement in January 2025.
