Bratschi advises the Viking Cruise Group with regard to the issue of a USD 720 million Notes offering

The Viking Cruises Group issued USD 720,000,000 Unsecured Notes. Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank und BNP Paribas acted as Joint Book-Running Managers.

Viking is the largest operator of river cruises in Europe, Russia and China for North American passengers and offers ocean, lake and river cruises worldwide.

Bratschi acted as Swiss legal advisor to Viking in this transaction. The team included Thomas Peter (lead),  Barbara Jecklin and Nadine Wanner (capital markets and finance) as well as Michael A. Barrot and Kerem Altay (tax). Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom acted as lead counsel to the issuer.
