Bratschi Ltd. advised the Cleeven Group and its co-investors on the new transaction by Vespa Capital, an independent investment fund. The Cleeven Group, of Swiss origin, is internationally active in engineering and technical consulting, in particular in Switzerland, France, Monaco and Sweden.
