Bratschi advised Cleeven Group
09. February 2023Bratschi Ltd. advised the Cleeven Group and its co-investors on the new transaction by Vespa Capital, an independent investment fund. The Cleeven Group, of Swiss origin, is internationally active in engineering and technical consulting, in particular in Switzerland, France, Monaco and Sweden.
Bratschi acted as Swiss legal and tax advisor in connection with the sale. The team consisted of >Cédric-Olivier Jenoure (lead and tax), >Sascha Wohlgemuth (tax), >Etienne Gard (corporate) and >Emile Merkt (corporate).
