In order to address target groups even more specifically in the future and to further increase the relevance of messages and content, Converto AG is now joining The Relevance Group. The alliance is focused on data-driven solutions for marketing and sales.
Bratschi acted as legal advisor (M&A) to the founder of Converto AG and seller in this transaction. The team of Bratschi was led by Etienne Gard and included Stephanie Caprani-Pontes, Daniel Mosimann, Emile Merkt and Flavia Derungs.
