The real estate and hotel development company Aminona Luxury Resort and Village SA («ALRV») has signed a long-term hotel management agreement (and ancillary contracts) with Lefay Resorts & Residences, an Italian reference brand for luxury wellness vacations, for the management of the future luxury SPA resort in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
The hotel will feature 106 suites as well as 12 chalets, more than 4,000 square feet of indoor space, multiple indoor and outdoor pools and a variety of spa facilities.
Bratschi assisted and supported ALRV in these contract negotiations. The mandate was led by >Ion Eglin, in collaboration with >Ingrid Cueva Molnar.
