Sale of Illumiti Group to Syntax Systems
15. July 2021Illumiti Group, one of the preeminent SAP systems integration and management consultancies in North America, was acquired by Syntax Systems, a leading multi-cloud and multi-ERP managed cloud provider for mission-critical applications. The transaction involved entities in Canada, the US, Germany and Switzerland. Bratschi acted as legal adviser to the sellers with respect to the Swiss law related aspects of the transaction.
The Bratschi team included Michael Barrot (lead and Tax) and Claudio Bazzi (Corporate).
