We have many years of experience in providing legal advice in family matters. We provide advice and support in all contentious and non-contentious family law proceedings, in particular in the areas of matrimonial protection, divorce, marriage and inheritance contracts, maintenance, matrimonial property law, child matters, cohabitation as well as in matters of child and adult protection (advance directives, living wills, guardianships, etc.). We ensure the public certification of marriage and inheritance contracts with our in-house notary's office.
At the interface with inheritance law, we offer companies and private individuals, together with our inheritance law specialists, tailor-made succession planning taking into account the consequences under family and inheritance law and accompany the planning and implementation of practical solutions, for example with the establishment of foundations and trusts.
