Raphael Riedo primarily practices in contract law – with a particular focus on tenancy, construction, and employment law – as well as in media law and reputation protection. His work centers on developing targeted solutions that are both cost- and time-efficient.

He provides clients with comprehensive out-of-court advice – for example in contract drafting and negotiation, questions of contract interpretation, breaches of contract or terminations, the enforcement of contractual claims, as well as in cases of (threatened) reputation-damaging publications. In addition, he regularly represents clients before court.

In the event of a dispute, he prioritises resource-efficient conflict resolution. Wherever possible, he seeks an amicable settlement. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, he asserts his clients’ interests in court with determination.
