Swedish environmental technology group Nederman Holding AB (listed on Nasdaq Stockholm) acquired from Gruenwald Equity Group in consideration for a purchase price of CHF 28.5 million the entire share capital of Luwa Air Engineering AG, a Swiss group which operates globally in textile air engineering through local entities in China, India, Singapore, USA and Turkey.
