Bratschi Ltd. advised PHT International, Inc., as Swiss local counsel in the acquisition of all shares of today’s PHT Pharmaceutical AG, the former BPh Investitionen AG. The team included Florian S. Jörg (lead), Elisa Aliotta, Serafin Oberholzer.
