With Coop Finance+, Coop is launching a new and fully digital solution for financial and pension products together with several partners from the financial and service sector. In collaboration with Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG as banking partner, various banking products are offered digitally via Coop Finance+.

With this acquisition, Circet is expanding its range of services in the field of telecommunications infrastructure in Switzerland. At the same time, it opens up access to adjacent markets such as smart infrastructure, the digitalisation of utility networks, smart metering and railway telecommunications. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Zurich, Technik Partner AG today is supported by more than 120 professionals across Switzerland through a combination of direct employees and dedicated subcontractor teams and connects more residential units to the fibre-optic network across Switzerland than any other provider.
Bratschi advised Circet on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
