Jacqueline Odermatt completed her law degree at the University of Basel in 2019. During her Master's studies, she worked at a law firm in Basel. After completing her studies, she worked as a legal trainee at a large legal protection insurance company in Aarau. To obtain the Zug bar exam, she completed a judicial internship at the Cantonal Court of Zug and a legal internship at a commercial law firm in Zug. She was admitted to the bar and as Civil Law Notary of the Canton of Zug in September 2022. She joined Bratschi Ltd. as an Attorney-at-Law in January 2023.
She advises companies and private individuals in various fields of law and conducts court proceedings before various instances to enforce claims. Her preferred areas of practice include data protection law, labour law, tenancy law and the law on contracts for work and services.
