Infrastructure Law

Infrastructure law comprises a cross-section of legal issues that is not regulated in a separate legal text but addresses state and municipal infrastructure in a multidisciplinary manner. The aim of infrastructure law is to guarantee the comprehensive provision of public services (e.g. water, waste water, energy, transportation, telecommunications, mail services).
